Distracted and reckless Driving

Whether you're reading/typing a Text Message/Email/Tweet/Facebook post, taking a selfie or looking at photos while you're driving, YOU ARE(BY CHOICE) DISTRACTED. You no longer have control of your vehicle and therefore, you are making a choice to not care about everything you've learned in order to get your driver's license. (if you have one and if not, that's another moronic choice to drive without a license) If you think you're "capable" of doing such things because you've been driving for so many years, then go up to distraught parents who have lost a child due to someone's selfish choice to not pay attention to the road and explain to them just how capable YOU are. Then imagine what it would be like to hear such words after your loved one has been killed due to someone else's distracted driving. It doesn't matter how old you are. It doesn't matter how many years experience you have driven a car.

It's no different than an idiot thinking they can run a red light and make it every time. Wouldn't you want other people to drive safe if your friends and family members are on the road? If you're still willing to drive distracted, You're no different than anyone that thought "it's just a short text message" or "I can make this light if I go fast enough" and ended up killing someone. Choices Matter.
